One to One Sessions

This is your time to reconnect with your face — and yourself. In these one-on-one sessions, I create a completely personalized Face Yoga practice designed to lift, tone, and restore your natural radiance from the inside out.

We begin with a detailed face reading to understand your unique expression patterns, muscle imbalances, and emotional tension. (Tip: this is the perfect moment to take your “Before” photos!)

From there, I build a tailored program that combines:

  • Body posture and head position
  • Emotional and tension release techniques
  • Facial muscles and fascia work
  • Daily rituals to support long-term glow and balance
 

Sessions are online via Zoom — I send you a link, and we meet where you are. No travel, just transformation.

After the custom sessions, you’ll receive holistic, practical tips on:

  • Breath, posture, and mindset
  • Skin care and nutrition
  • Simple but powerful daily habits

Group Sessions

Small group, big energy. Lift and glow together.

Bring your glow into a shared space. These group sessions (3 participants max) are designed to energize and uplift, blending personal guidance with the joy of collective practice.

You can either join with your own friends or be matched with a small group I carefully curate for shared energy, concerns and flow.

After I meet you, discover your needs, and the match-making is done, we will work together in:

  • Breathwork and tension release 
  • Upper body relaxation and activation
  • Facial exercises and massage techniques
  • Mindful practices to tone, relax, and rejuvenate
 

Sessions take place online via Zoom, in a safe and encouraging space where everyone can feel seen, supported, and uplifted.

The group sessions with usually 3 participants allow space for individual attention and customized guidance within the group dynamic. While they don’t provide the same level of personalization as one-on-one sessions, they still offer thoughtful adjustments and personal feedback. Group sessions also bring a sense of connection, shared energy, and come at a more accessible price point.

I recommend starting with a package of private sessions, so we can build a solid foundation and help you learn the technique correctly and also gain awareness. From there, you can join a small group to maintain consistency and enjoy the practice in a supportive  and joyful collective space.

When starting Face Yoga, it’s important to take time to connect with your face and learn the techniques properly. Aim for 15–20 minutes, twice a day, ideally in front of a mirror. As you become more familiar, you can easily fit Face Yoga into your daily routine—even while commuting or doing other tasks. Just 5 to 10 minutes a day can lead to visible results and long-term benefits.
