My Story
From beauty editor to Face Yoga teacher.
A long, inspiring path to a more meaningful life.
A journey of transformation, from deadlines to deep breaths.
For over two decades, I explored beauty through the lens of media—writing, broadcasting, curating, and sharing what was considered beautiful. But it wasn’t until I met Face Yoga that I began to understand the harmony between outer and inner beauty. What began as a career in aesthetics slowly evolved into a holistic path rooted in wellness, authenticity and purpose. This is my story.
Rooted in Beauty
Beauty was never manufactured for me. It was natural, effortless and warm. An abundance of simplicity, purity, and the quiet rituals of everyday life. But it seems like it took years of searching, learning, and unlearning… to return to what truly matters.
I grew up bathing with green soap. The authentic kind, the one that makes your skin and hair feel crisp yet soft.
I’ve enjoyed sleeping under the stars, swam in crystal rivers, sipped nectar from honeysuckle, made rose water with stolen roses from the neighbour’s garden , and my first skincare routine consisted of lemon and olive oil. Τhe only beauty product you could find in our home, was Nivea cream in its blue tin. And my mother didn’t ever wear any make up.
This was the beauty I was familiar with, this is the beauty that I love. The beauty that nourishes inside and out. It is the kind of beauty that calms me, makes me feel happy and certain that, in the end, everything will be alright. After all, “Beauty will save the world’’ as Dostoevsky said.
This is the beauty I hope to share with you.
Here, I will share everything I believe will help you feel and look your best.
Always with the most natural, handcrafted methods, but also modern and updated, with a touch of Greekness. In the spirit of returning to the simple, the essential, the true – and, hence, the most effective for the mind, body, and soul.

From Beauty to Meaning
I started learning Face Yoga as a hobby while I was working in TV documentaries. I had the best teacher ever, Fumiko Takatsu, the guru of Face Yoga worldwide. Once I was certified as a teacher, Fumiko asked me to work with her. And this is how my story moved on to the next chapter.
I teach online to a global audience and also train and assess new teachers at The Teacher Certification Course by Face Yoga Method. Τhe course I graduated from.
I provide one-on-one classes to individuals or small groups, mainly online.
I conduct Corporate Wellness workshops in Greece and around the world. I participate in events and Retreats, while I organise my own Holistic Face Yoga Retreats in Ikaria, the Greek Blue Zone island of longevity and other special places..
In my teaching, I combine Face Yoga exercises with self-care tips and other techniques in which I am also certified, such as Acupressure, Facial Shiatsu, Facial Bodybuilding, Tanaka Massage, Gua Sha and Rejuvance. All of this is within a holistic framework that includes fascia release, new everyday habits, proper posture and head alignment, breathing, thought awareness, nutrition, and lymphatic, blood, energy, and full-body mobilisation.
In 2023, I created a new way to practice Face Yoga – Aqua Face Yoga, a multisensory experience combining the benefits of Face Yoga with the rejuvenating sensation of floating on water.

beauty is...
...more about being fully yourself
I believe beauty starts from within and can only be approached holistically, with balance and wisdom. “Common Sense” with “everything in moderation” are more relevant than ever if we want to quote back to ancient wisdom.
Ageing is inevitable. Ageing is a blessing. But to age beautifully, with health and grace is a choice.
