Why I Left My Beauty Editor Job to Teach Face Yoga

From glossy magazine covers to TV segments and radio shows, from press conferences and product launches to fancy press trips, I worked as a beauty and wellness editor, sharing the latest trends, testing countless products, chasing perfection.

For over two decades, I lived and breathed beauty.
From glossy magazine covers to TV segments and radio shows, from press conferences and product launches to fancy press trips, I worked as a beauty and wellness editor, sharing the latest trends, testing countless products, chasing perfection.

But something was missing.
Despite all the glamour, I longed for something deeper — a more honest, sustainable, soulful approach to beauty.

That’s when Face Yoga found me. Or maybe… I found myself through it.

When I came across Fumiko Takatsu’s work, something clicked. Her philosophy about natural and graceful ageing, the energy, and the emotional connection with the face was exactly what I had been silently searching for.

I dove deep. Trained with her. Practiced daily.
And when I graduated and got certified, something unexpected happened — she invited me to teach alongside her and support her global community.

It was one of the most meaningful “yeses” of my life.

My face and spirit changed. My energy shifted.
But more than anything, my purpose became clear.

I realized I didn’t want to just talk about beauty anymore.

I wanted to embody and live it. Teach and share it. Inspire it.

Το help beauty bloom —through care, tenderness, and above all, self-love.

Now, as a certified Face Yoga Method teacher and holistic beauty mentor, I help women all over the world reconnect with their own face, rhythm, and radiance — with no needles, filters, or pressure to be perfect.

If you feel the pull to reconnect with yourself and your natural beauty
