This is your time to reconnect with your face — and yourself. In these one-on-one sessions, I create a completely personalized Face Yoga practice designed to lift, tone, and restore your natural radiance from the inside out.

We begin with a detailed face reading to understand your unique expression patterns, muscle imbalances, and emotional tension. (Tip: this is the perfect moment to take your “Before” photos!)

From there, I build a tailored program that combines:

  • Body posture and head position
  • Emotional and tension release techniques
  • Facial muscles and fascia work
  • Daily rituals to support long-term glow and balance
 

Sessions are online via Zoom — I send you a link, and we meet where you are. No travel, just transformation.
