What is Face Yoga and how does it work?
Face Yoga is a natural anti-aging technique that uses facial exercises, massage, acupressure, body posture and breathwork together with new daily habits. Face yoga helps to release deep facial tension, tone muscles, boost blood, lymph and energy flow and create symmetry. This holistic method lifts and firms the face from the inside out, helping to rejuvenate skin, smooth fine lines, and enhance natural glow—all without needles or invasive treatments.
What are the benefits of practicing Face Yoga?
Face Yoga offers a natural, non-invasive way to release, lift, tone, detoxify and rejuvenate face and neck, bringing back symmetry to the face. Regular practice helps reduce lines and smooth out wrinkles, tighten sagging skin, and boost circulation for a healthy, radiant glow. It also releases facial tension, softens stress lines, and reduces puffiness around the eyes, jawline and cheeks. Beyond the physical, Face Yoga supports relaxation, body posture and head position, enhances self-awareness, and promotes self-love—making it a holistic beauty and wellness ritual.
How often should I practice Face Yoga to see results?
Practicing daily or 3–5 times a week is necessary in order to see results with Face Yoga. Short, daily practices are better than one or two long practices during the week. Τhe good news is that after you become familiar with your face, the poses and aware of your daily habits, Face Yoga practices become part of your daily routines and you can do Face Yoga even when you work, drive or walk.
How much time should I practice Face Yoga each day?
When starting Face Yoga, it’s important to take time to connect with your face and learn the techniques properly. Aim for 15–20 minutes, twice a day, ideally in front of a mirror. As you become more familiar, you can easily fit Face Yoga into your daily routine—even while commuting or doing other tasks. Just 5 to 10 minutes a day can lead to visible results and long-term benefits.
When can I see results with Face Yoga?
Consistency is essential for long-term, visible results with Face Yoga. Practicing daily, or at least 5 times a week, can show noticeable changes in as little as two weeks. For more significant improvements, it typically takes 6 to 8 weeks. When done correctly, you may even feel or see the immediate effects of Face Yoga on your skin and muscles right after a session.
Can Face Yoga cause wrinkles?
When performed correctly, Face Yoga should not cause wrinkles. It’s essential to learn proper techniques, ideally from a certified instructor, to ensure exercises are done safely and effectively. Especially if you are a beginner, you need to practice in front of a mirror to see exactly what you do and be able do adjust the pose or your hands accordingly. It is important to do some release and warm up before Face Yoga exercises, and also do not overdo it.
Do I need special tools or products for Face Yoga?
No special equipment or tools are needed for Face Yoga! Just clean hands and a moisturised face. You can do Face Yoga sitting on a chair, on the floor, lying on your bed, outdoors, in the car, anywhere!
Can I do Face Yoga after Botox or fillers?
It’s advisable to consult with your doctor before practicing Face Yoga post-procedure. It is better to wait 2 or at least 1,5 months before you start practicing Face Yoga. Certain exercises may affect the longevity and placement of the injectables as Face Yoga creates movement and detoxifies. Also, better stay off Face Yoga for at least a week if you plan to get an invasive treatment. If you practice Face Yoga you will need fewer treatments, more rare and with fewer materials.
Is Face Yoga suitable for everyone?
Yes, Face Yoga is for all ages and genders. However, those with specific medical or skin conditions or recent facial procedures should consult a healthcare professional before starting.
What is the difference between private and group Face Yoga sessions?
Private sessions offer a full face reading, personalized rituals, and highly targeted guidance tailored to your unique needs and goals. It’s the most focused, flexible, and in-depth way to begin or deepen your Face Yoga journey.
The group sessions with usually 3 participants allow space for individual attention and customized guidance within the group dynamic. While they don’t provide the same level of personalization as one-on-one sessions, they still offer thoughtful adjustments and personal feedback. Group sessions also bring a sense of connection, shared energy, and come at a more accessible price point.
I recommend starting with a package of private sessions, so we can build a solid foundation and help you learn the technique correctly and also gain awareness. From there, you can join a small group to maintain consistency and enjoy the practice in a supportive and joyful collective space.
