It combines facial exercises, holistic techniques like massage and acupressure, a new mindset and a set of new habits. Face Yoga helps you feel and look at your best, enhancing your natural beauty. One to One Sessions

Your face is unique—your practice should be too. These custom sessions begin with a face reading and are designed to support your skin, muscles, breath, posture, and emotional balance. Held online via Zoom.

Group Sessions

These intimate Zoom sessions (max 3 people) offer shared rhythm and individual guidance. Together, we tone, release, breathe, and lift—each face supported, each voice heard.

Practicing daily or 3–5 times a week is necessary in order to see results with Face Yoga. Short, daily practices are better than one or two long practices during the week. Τhe good news is that after you become familiar with your face, the poses and aware of your daily habits, Face Yoga practices become part of your daily routines and you can do Face Yoga even when you work, drive or walk.

When starting Face Yoga, it’s important to take time to connect with your face and learn the techniques properly. Aim for 15–20 minutes, twice a day, ideally in front of a mirror. As you become more familiar, you can easily fit Face Yoga into your daily routine—even while commuting or doing other tasks. Just 5 to 10 minutes a day can lead to visible results and long-term benefits.
